SYSTEMS
Bacfree® IC Series and BFRIC Filters are
developed and designed as a cost effective, efficient and reliable way
of providing purified water for household, industrial and commercial applications.
The filters will meet your varying water filtration needs and ensure the
highest quality, ease of operation and maintenance. The filters can be
custom designed and pre-engineered to meet any of the specific application
requirements.

IC SERIES STAINLESS STEEL FILTERS
- SUS304 food grade non-toxic stainless steel construction offers
excellent corrosion resistant, longevity and durability
- Internal lining using food grade, epoxy phenolic coating for
enhanced corrosion resistance
- Max. operating temperature: 90°C

BFRIC SERIES FRP FILTERS
- Composite FRP vessels consisting of polyethylene inner tank,
strengthened by outer shell of wound, glassreinforced,
epoxy resin.
- Standard water conditioning and DI applications.
- Maximum Operating Temperature: 50°C

NOTE:

Model numbers identify individual filter
vessel size diameter (first set of number) and number of tanks per
system (last set of number). End of model number “A” -automatic system,
“M” -manual system; “SF” –single media filter; “DF”-dual media filter;
“MMF” –multi medium filter; “CF”-activated carbon filter; “SOFTIX”
water softener filter. Filters may be specified either automatic or
manual backwash control.

Design flow range based on a Bacfree standard
filtration range guideline of 24-61m3/hr/m2 (10-25USgpm/ft2). Models
also available at higher flow rates. Selection of flow depends on
the influent feed water quality, effluent filtered water requirements
and applications, please consult factory.

Recommended operating pressure range for
best filtration performance is 20-80psi (1.5- 5.5 bar). please consult
factory. Maximum operating temperature range 50°C. For higher operating
pressure and operating temperature requirements, please consult factory.
Single System and multi-system can be configured and custom made to
accommodate specific spacing/footprint requirements.
